Physical Therapy Evaluation
A skilled therapy evaluation is the first step to recovery. Dress to move and you can expect to get treatment too. This session is required for new patients or new injuries. With an in-depth evaluation you will be armed with the tools to efficiently recover based on your individual needs.

Health Coaching Package
Accountability, guidance and goals that you direct. Health coaching packages are 6 or 12 month programs, with weekly check-ins to keep you on track and achieving your goals. Do you think you have room to improve your health? Then health coaching is a good option for you. Aiming to improve lifestyle and create healthy habits while addressing your challenges and the barriers that prevent you from reaching your goals. Also available as a virtual session.
Physical Therapy Treatment
This is the FUN part. Your treatment may include manual therapy, exercises, sport specific drills, cupping, tempering, taping methods and more. Based on your unique results (from the evaluation and response to prior sessions), any treatment options that will help you recover are included.
Recovery Session
This session is all about prevention and maintaining peak performance. Schedule a session between events, before a big match or after a game. Recovery sessions include any two al la carte services and hot/cold therapy. Fan favorites include soft tissue mobilization and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. Sessions run 30-45 minutes.
Travel with a PT
Competing in an Iron man, football tournament or hitting the slopes? Often times we travel to compete or enjoy a physically demanding vacation and realize we really could use some TLC for the body. Bring your personal therapist with you to help you maintain peak performance and enjoy the time following your activity. This is a Super Charged Recovery session. Expect 2-3 sessions per day, depending on your event and recovery needs.
